We arrived later than expected but the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked that the rooms had hard-surface flooring rather than carpeting! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast wasn't very fancy but that was fine. The lady who checked us out in the morning was just as cheerfully friendly as the attendant the night before. Overall a successful experience!

The Veterans discounts/executive treatment for comforting genuine respect. As well as the family oriented experiences/interactions with all staff.
